Complimentary Membership
Registration Agreement
As of January 6, 2006.
Please print this agreement for your records.
This agreement is between
Telecom Association, Inc. (TA) and any individual who registers for TelecomAssociation complimentary membership (Member).
By completing this
registration form Member agrees to or acknowledges the following:

TA collects,
produces, organizes and distributes information for the benefit of
Members. Members are not charged for accessing TA information. TA makes
no claims regarding the value of the information TA makes available to
Members. TA strongly encourages Members to independently verify the
value of any and all TA information against non-TA sources. Member
agrees to hold TA harmless from any and all damages arising from the
manner in which Member chooses to use information provided by TA.

TA will subscribe
Member to the email newsletter or newsletters that the Member requests
or that are appropriate for the Member based on the Member's type,
profile or status. Member may edit or cancel any or all of their TA
newsletter subscriptions by clicking the appropriate link on the bottom
of any email newsletter Member receives from TA. All TA email
newsletters will come from "TelecomAssociation@TelecomAssociation.com". TA strongly encourages Members to put the email address TelecomAssociation@TelecomAssociation.com
on their email address "safe list" to make sure they receive
the email newsletters they want from TA. TA will make every reasonable
effort to make sure Member receives the email newsletters the Member
desires. As well, TA will make every reasonable effort to make sure
Member does not receive email newsletters Member does not wish to
receive. Member agrees to hold TA harmless from any and all damages
arising from the receipt or non-receipt of any TA produced or
distributed email newsletter.

Member understands
that TA is financed by "vendor membership" and that TA vendor
members pay TA to help increase TA vendor's visibility to Members
through the use of appropriate directories, newsletters and other
permission-based or opt-in communication channels. TA will not knowingly
distribute TA vendor provided information that TA believes to be false
or inappropriate, but, TA does not command the resources to independently
verify TA vendor provided information prior to TA distributing the
information via email newsletter or website. TA never shares Member
email addresses with any TA vendor. TA vendors may request and receive a
database of Member phone numbers or mailing addresses so that vendor may
contact TA members about vendor products or services suited to their
Member profile.

TA is privately
held California corporation. TA reserves the exclusive right to create,
change or cancel any perceived Member "benefit" at anytime
without notice or liability. As well, TA reserve the exclusive right to
create, reject, change or cancel any complimentary membership without
notice or liability. TA may make changes to this registration
agreement at anytime without notice
or liability.
