as of 1/17/2007 New TA vendors may access their services as they wish (simply tell TA what emails to send and when to send them) and/or use the following plan that has been successfully used by other new vendor members. To get this plan started, simply contact Kathleen Brown, TA Executive Director at KB@TelecomAssociation.com or 951-296-3871. Kathleen will proactively work with you to complete this plan in a timely manner so you can achieve your program goals on time & under budget.
1. Complete & Submit Vendor Directory Listing Form - This document tells TA what information to publish about you in the TA vendor directory.
2. Email Print & Web Quality Logos - Email a web quality logo (JPG or GIF) and a print quality logo (EPS or similar) to TA Executive Director Kathleen Brown at KB@TelecomAssociation.com so TA can publish it appropriately.
3. Complete the TA New Vendor Interview - TA will publish the document to create a positive TA introduction of the vendor to the appropriate TA audience.
4. Schedule Release of TA Introduction & Vendor Email Blasts - TA submits TA introduction email blast to vendor for approval. Vendor submits to TA the vendor email blasts TA should send to TA members once per week.
5. Measurement & Follow-up - At vendor's request, TA will forward statistics to vendor regarding receipt & "click-thru" success of vendor email blasts TA has sent for vendor as well as other general TA marketing statistics. At vendor's request, TA will conference with appropriate vendor personnel to ensure vendor is getting proper return for vendor's investment in TA vendor membership.
