1. We want to capture "head & shoulders" video clips that are anywhere from 30 seconds to three minutes long that will support other content on the web page. The videos will be published on TA's home page & weekly email newsletter as "vendor spotlights". TA will also publish the videos on the vendor's TA home page 7 on other appropriate pages. TA will also provide the "embed code" for the videos to the vendor so the vendor can publish the videos on their own web pages or give the videos to their agents so the agents can publish the videos on their own pages to help sell new services.

2. The video clips can be of vendor owners, CEOs, senior executives, product managers or anyone else (including your agents) that can do a short "on camera" piece that will support a web page topic.

3. The videos can be shot at a desk, in front of a building with the company logo or in front of a work group - any place that has reasonably decent light and not too noisy like on a street corner.

4. Ideally we will get several short company "elevator pitches" from senior executives or owners and then several separate new product pitches, new initiative pitches or "competitive advantage" pitches from anyone who can easily deliver the short pitch on camera. There is no limit to the number or short videos TA will capture, produce and publish.

Except for "agent only" content, all videos should speak to the end-user so the agents can use the videos on their own web pages. (TA will host the videos and provide the "embed code" for anyone the vendor authorizes to publish the videos.)

5. Once the videos are captured TA will publish the videos on multiple TA web pages & newsletters as well as give the vendor the code so they can publish the videos on their own web sites. TA does all the video production and hosting. TA can also publish the videos on YouTube to direct more web search traffic to the vendor.

Please note that screen video are created with TA over the phone - not during an on site visit. "On site" visits are specifically to record "head & shoulders" videos.
