Vendor Program Overview TelecomAssociation ("TA") paid vendor members are businesses that wish to communicate with TA's 2,000+ complimentary members through TA's email newsletters, websites and proprietary databases. One of the primary reasons TA complimentary members join TA is to receive information about various technology products and services produced and/or distributed by TA vendor members.
Vendor Program Levels & Prices (effective 2/1/7)
Regular Vendor Member BenefitsWeekly Vendor Email Blasts - When telecom agents, distributors or others join TA as a complimentary TA member (at www.TelecomAssociation.com or www.TAjoin.com) they agree to be subscribed to a separate "vendor email blast" ("VEB") list for each TA vendor. Through TA, each TA vendor can send up to one VEB per week to their TA VEB list. Most TA vendors use their TA VEB conservatively as any TA member can opt-out of any TA VEB at any time. VEBs sent out over the past seven days appear as "Vendor Email Blasts" at the www.TelecomAssociation.com home page. TA Week in Review Email Newsletter Coverage - Every Friday, TA sends out its Week in Review ("WIR") email newsletter. The WIR highlights industry news, provides links to TA reports, interviews and archives and most importantly provides a summary of all the VEBs sent our for the week. So even if a TA member has unsubscribed from a vendor's individual TA VEB, the TA members will still see the vendor's headline via TA's WIR and click on a link to review any or all of the individual VEBs sent out that week. Large Banner Ad on TA Home Page & WIR Email Newsletter - Each vendor member can have a large 300 x 300 pixel static or animated banner appear on the TA home page at www.TelecomAssociation.com and on the TA Week in Review Email Newsletter that goes out to all complimentary TA members every Friday. The single placement 300 x 300 vendor banner ads rotate with other vendor banner ads in alphabetic order at the TA homepage. The multiple-placement vendor banner ads on the WIR email newsletter appear in alphabetic order with the top going to the bottom weekly so every vendor gets their fair share of top placement throughout the year. Vendor Directory Listing - All TA members have access to TA's vendor directory where they can find the listing of regular TA vendors that distribute specific products or services or review a vendor's recent VEBs. TA Vendor Home Page - Ta will create for each vendor a TA vendor "home page". This TA vendor home page will be the landing page that TA website visitors go to whenever they click on the TA vendor's name in any TA vendor directory or web page. The vendor's Ta home page will contain contact information for the vendor, appropriate links to the TA vendor's own website and links to all VEBs TA has sent out for the vendor. To see examples of TA vendor home pages simply click on the names of any TA vendor in the TA vendor directory. Access to TA's Proprietary Membership & Prospect Lists - Upon paying their setup fee, regular TA members may request a copy of TA's complimentary members' mailing addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of directly contacting the 2,000 complimentary TA members to inquire as to the complimentary TA members' interest in distributing the TA vendors' products or services. This list will include all complimentary TA members except those that have joined TA in the past 30 days. In addition, TA vendors have access to TA's "agent prospect" database of 22,000 business-to-business network services distributors, the same list TA uses to recruit new TA complimentary members.
TA Distribution of Vendor Publications - At the vendor's request, TA publish vendor white papers, POD casts, videos or any other publication the vendor wants circulated to the TA complimentary member audience. Other Management Consulting Services - TA may provide other general or customized management consulting services as requested by TA vendor and as allowed by TA resources.
Premium Vendor Member Benefits In addition to the regular vendor member benefits listed above, premium or "ambassador" vendors enjoy the following additional member benefits. First Contact with New TA Members - So that premium TA vendors may exercise their role as TA "ambassadors", one vendor in each TA vendor category (Master Agency, Carrier, Reseller, Data/Broadband, CLEC, RBOC, VoIP, Conferencing, Wireless/Mobile & Wholesale Carrier) will get a monthly report from TA with the names and phone numbers of all the new TA complimentary members that have joined TA in the past 30 days. Banner Ad on Almost Every TA Web Page - On almost every TA web page, all TA premium vendors will share a single-placement rotating 468 x 60 pixel banner ad that will rotate in alphabetic order.
Vendor Membership Dues & Setup Fee Click here to view & print the TA Vendor Member Invoice As of 2/1/7, regular vendor member dues are $395 per calendar month or $3,950 per year and are prepaid. All regular vendor members pay a one-time setup fee of $1,995. Premium vendor member dues re $995 per calendar month or $9,950 per year and are prepaid. All regular vendor members pay a one-time setup fee of $2,995. Vendor membership may be cancelled at any time after 30-day confirmed notice. If a regular vendor member goes over 30-days unpaid they must pay another setup fee before they can have their regular vendor membership reinstated. As there is only one premium vendor member per vendor category, if a premium vendor membership goes unpaid for more than 15 calendar days, that premium vendor membership will be offered to the vendor on the waiting list for that category and the former premium vendor member for that category will have to go back on the waiting list for that category. Monthly vendor dues payments must be made by automatic credit card payment. By submitting any payment to TA, vendor acknowledges understanding and acceptance of TA vendor agreement.
