MicroCorp's "Insite" Named One of the "Twelve Hot Telecom and Data Services to Watch in 2009" by Telecom Association

Lake Elsinore, California, December 8, 2008 - In its annual twelve day count down of hot telecom and data services that their members should watch in the next year, Telecom Association ("TA") choose MicroCorp's telecom inventory management tool "Insite" on the first day.

"In 2009, because of the economy, business owners and managers will focus on getting more out of the telecom and data services they already have", stated TA Founder Dan Baldwin.

MicroCorp's Insite is a vendor agnostic telecom services & equipment inventory management tool that helps telecom consultants, agents, and their business clients answer the obvious questions, "What are the telecom and data services I already have? Where are they located? What services are connected to which equipment assets? What is the trouble history on any of my assets? When do my carrier and equipment agreements come up for renewal? And finally, what are my costs and am I being billed correctly"?

Baldwin added, "Few medium and small businesses that have multiple-locations have professionally built online management tools that help them track the productivity of their telecom carrier services and equipment assets at the detail that Insite provides. Most simply order services as needed, pay the bills as they come in and eventually loose track of what they have. 'Insite' solves this problem by giving an ongoing updated look into all subscribed telecom services that the business customer can view while access to such data is provided to different levels of users.

According to MicroCorp' s President Brad Miehl, "Insite eliminates the complexity of managing carrier and equipment assets for the entire enterprise. Furthermore, due to the collaboration capabilities of the service, Insite can become the carrier services help desk for the multi-location enterprise customer. It is truly a powerful tool that makes managing carrier and equipment assets via spreadsheet obsolete."
