Master Agency Only Sells Conferencing

In 2008, Communications Resource Group's CEO Shaun Chambers elected to turn his master agency into a "conferencing only" consulting firm and then, having used several other conferencing providers decided to represent InterCall exclusively.

The obvious question is "Why?"

To learn the answers to that question, other questions and maybe learn a "best practice" secret or two that turned CRG into one of InterCall's largest master agencies we interviewed Shaun for the benefits of Intercall and fellow TA members.
