The PCG Telecom / Braun Mincher Story

Braun Mincher of PCG got into the telecom consulting business from the racing industry in 1996. Just 8 short years later, after being one of the first telecom consulting firms in the US to add IP-PBX phone systems to their business customer solutions, Braun sold his telephone equipment business for a nice profit.

Five years later his non-compete clause has expired and he's ready to "do it again" but this time with business telecom auditing & reselling hosted VoIP.

 
 
Part One: 1996 - 1997, From Race-Car Driver to Telecom Auditor

After being in the transportation business for several years, Braun becomes a successful telecom auditor while looking for a way to finance race-car driving.

 

 
Part Two: 1998 - 2004, Adding Phone Systems, Cashing Out

At the prodding of his customers, PCG adds Altigen IP-PBX phone system solutions and nationwide Altigen customer training.

In 2004 he sells the equipment business for a nice profit.
