Updates

10/26/2009 - The printed version of the October 2009 Telecom Reseller newspaper has been printed and distributed. Click here to view a PDF of Section A (3.7 megs). Click here to view a PDF of Section B (4.2 megs). TA's WANHUB newsletter appears on the third page of section B. Click here to just view the one-page WANHUB newsletter for October. If you did not receive the printed version of the Telecom Reseller newspaper this month, click here to subscribe.

We are currently working feverishly (literally, I think I have a slight fever) to complete the e-Blast version of the WANHUB for October as well as the online version that will go on this page. We'll all co-op advertisers when it's ready to view.

10/14/2009 - Subscribe to the printed edition of the WANHUB Newsletter (by subscribing to Telecom Reseller) by clicking here. View a PDF of the November printed edition by clicking here.

The email version of the November WANHUB newsletter will go out by itself on or about 10/26/9 to 14,000 of Telecom Reseller's 38,000 subscribers. The online version of WANHUB (the page you're on now) will go live the same day.

10/14/2009 - The October WANHUB newsletter has been uploaded for printing & mailing in the October/November issue of Telecom Reseller ("TR") and is expected on the desks of TR's 38,000 subscribers in 10 days or so. The next issue of TR (November/December) will follow in 4 weeks.

10/11/2009 - The November issue of WANHUB will feature an article about a Telecom Association ("TA") member who consults with Avaya and Level 3 to broker and deliver SIP trunk solutions to enterprise customers. Assuming we get about six more advertisers in our "Circuit Price Monitor" and "Buyer's Guide" the printed edition of WANHUB will expand to two pages for the November/December issue.

What?  Direct Enterprise End-User Access via Print, Email and Online

Directly contact the nation's 24,000 largest multi-location enterprise end-users and 14,000 telecom VARs via TA's WANHUB

WANHUB will be published every month in print beginning in October 2009 as a 2-page spread in the VoIP section of the trade journal Telecom Reseller.

A monthly email version of WANHUB with links to interactive groups, audio, video and downloadable files will be published by Telecom Association.

All content will be archived for registered subscribers (beginning 10/15/9) at www.WANHUB.com.

Mock-up?

Click here or the image to the right to see what the WANHUB print page will look like.

How much?

TA is creating an "advertising co-op" from TA vendors and members so that no one has to "go it alone" to get in front of this great new audience. Service directoy listings are as low as $99 if you order them by 10/5/9. Click here to view and print a WANHUB ad co-op invoice.

Who?  Enterprise end-users,  Interconnect/VARs and WAN partners

The print version of WANHUB will be received by 24,000 enterprise end-users with an average of 50 locations each and 14,000 interconnect/VARs specialized in Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, NEC, Mitel or similar enterprise PBX, IP-PBX and communication servers. Subscribe to the print version by clicking here.

The email version of WANHUB is received by 14,000 print version subscribers and 3,800 Telecom Association members who distribute WAN services and solutions to multi-location business end-users. Subscribe to the email version by clicking here.

The online version of WANHUB will be available to the almost 42,000 print and email subscribers at www.WANHUB.com.

Why?  To connect enterprise end-users, WAN providers and equipment VARs

Multi-location voice and data equipment solutions require wide area networks to connect. WANHUB will create a forum where enterprise end-users and their interconnect/VAR partners can access objective information about solving WAN connectivity and other related problems as well as accelerate interoperability between hardware solutions and the converged networks that connect them.

Why print in addition to online and email? Decision makers and their partners are overwhelmed by email communications and the fact that anyone can publish anything online. Print communications compliment and support email and online messages by adding a perception of credibility and consistency. Anyone can send an email or upload a web post. Print takes committed resources.

How?  A co-operative initiative of Telecom Association vendor members

Telecom Association vendors that serve the multi-location enterprise market with voice and data wide are network services that work on their own or interop with customer premise hardware are initiating and supporting WANHUB as a co-operative effort.

Qwest is the first "WANHUB Approved Solution Provider".

Telecom Association vendors become a WANHUB Approved Solution Provider by joining the  WANHUB vendor co-op and by evidencing through multiple case studies that they are proficient in connecting multi-location end-users with wide are networks.

To join the WANHUB vendor co-op please contact Dan Baldwin at Dan@TelecomAssociation.com or call 951-251-5155.

Content?  Here's what it will be

About half the content of the printed version of WANHUB will be dedicated to the one or two vendor co-op members having their WAN solutions for multi-location businesses  or case studies profiled. Profiled members may also submit display.

Most of the other content will be news Telecom Association activities and events that are of interest to enterprise end users and their interconnect/VAR partners as well as TA's 3,800 members. If space allows, TA will also publish content from prospective vendor co-op members.

When?  Now and then monthly

WANHUB's first edition will be published in October 2009 and then monthly in Telecom Reseller, via email and online.

Subscribe to the print version by clicking here.

Subscribe to the email version by clicking here.

Register and view the online version (beginning 10/15/9) at www.WANHUB.com.

Become a WANHUB Approved Solution Provider by contacting Dan Baldwin at Dan@TelecomAssociation.com or call 951-251-5155. TA vendors that join the WANHUB ad co-op by 10/5/9 will receive a permanent monthly co-op dues discount of 33%. Click here for a vendor co-op invoice.
