If you're looking for the best practices and the best vendors that the 3,500 members of Telecom Association know about then you're in the right place because this is the "Best of TA" index page.
Hi. My name's Dan Baldwin. I'm the founder and executive director of Telecom Association or TA, a professional membership organization of 3,500 independent voice and data network services distributors founded in 1995.
For over 15 years, Telecom Association's website has been the place to go for our members to find what they need to grow their businesses. We've published more "How to Sell" & "Who to Sell" articles than we can count over the years. Unfortunately, since most of our articles go out in out email newsletters we've never done a very good job of archiving the "Best of TA". Well we're fixing all that now by parking all the best stuff here for the benefit of our members.
Starting in June 2009, whatever we publish in our Week-in-Review email newsletter every Friday will also be indexed here so you'll always be able to go back and find what you think you saw a while back.
The most important information you'll find at the "Best of TA" is which vendors are doing the best job in just about every conceivable vendor or solution category. Who are the best CLECs, who are the best conferencing providers, and so on. You'll also find the best telecom agency and channel partner practices.
How does TA decide "who" or "what's" the best? By asking out 3,500 members and by our members asking their customers. Like me, many TA members have upwards of 20 years experience or more in this industry. It's no secret who the best providers are and what the best practices are. It's just hard getting the word out. But we're going to do just that, right here, starting now.
