Partnering with Consultants & Auditors:

Earn money by providing multi-carrier proposals

Who this webinar is for:

  1. Telecom sub-agents & master agents
  2. Reseller & carriers
  3. Take care to organize & reduce channel conflict

How Consultants & Auditors are Different

  1. They have existed since before agency (so be nice)
  2. They charge by the hour, project or "shared savings"
  3. They believe consultancy is "cleaner" than "agency"

The Cons of Consultancy

  1. Many more "partner" programs than "consultant" programs
  2. Not being an "insider" has it's challenges
  3. No direct access to "wholesale" price list
  4. Generally at the mercy of the best retail outlet they can find

The Value Agency Brings to Consultants

  1. SPOC to multi-vendor "best" pricing
  2. Proposal generation
  3. Keep the consultants "hunting"

Splitting the Difference on Pricing and ...

  1. Need to ALWAYS equal or beat retail direct best pricing
  2. Push "better customer service" & smoother cuts
  3. Push 24/7 access to "someone who cares"
  4. Push "vendor agnostic" design
  5. Be their slave (since you get to keep commissions)
  6. Don't offer them money - it makes them mad (really!)

  2. XYZ
  3. The other guys
  4. the independents
