Audio & Video Content Creation & Distribution Resources

  1. Windows Movie Maker - This software program comes free on any PC with Windows. It "captures and edits digital media on your computer and then helps you share your saved movies by e-mail and the Internet. If you plug your video camera into your computer this program will automatically start and walk you through the process even if you have no idea of what you're doing.

  2. Flip Ultra Video Camera - The best $149 you'll ever spend to capture & share video. Seriously, a 3-year old could capture & distribute Internet video with this. It's a good thing 3-year olds can't drive to Best Buy!

  3. Video.Google.com & YouTube.com - Pick your "viral video" poison. Throw your video on one of these two sites & watch the views take off. both these video distribution sites are highly searched by all the search spiders. If you want to be found make sure you regularly upload diverse content to both of these sites.

  4. TechSmith's Camtasia & Snagit - On "the eighth day" the Lord smiled on Internet content distribution professionals. Snagit is so easy to use it's silly. Camtasia takes a while to get good at but once you are - look out!

  5. Adobe's Photoshop Elements - TechSmith's Snagit allows you to easily capture web images. Elements allows you to then manipulate those images to your own purpose.
