Master Agency Report Update for April 21, 2004

This email is being sent to all current TAA vendors who are "master agents" utilyzing TAA's in-house email list. If there are other people within your organization who you want to get updates regarding TAA's Master Agency Report or future updates of the report please subscribe them to this list by clicking here.

1. The draft of the "lecture" part of the report can be reviewed by clicking here. 

Please review the 9 sections of the lecture material to identify text that you think can be upgraded and submit text that you think should be added.

If you believe any part of the lecture could be improved by adding an anecdote about your company or simply adding your company name as a reference, please let me know.

We would very much like to add audio clips, video clips and other relevant hyperlinks. Please let us know about any rich media content you're aware of that would add to the lecture part of this report.

2. I am now working on the five items in the agent toolkit for the Signature Sponsors and hope to have them ready for review by the end of today.

4. Report distribution

Once the full report is completed, it will be hosted on its own password protected web site separate from the current TAA web site. The report will be distributed to all current TAA members via a new email list TAA will create for the Master Agency Report. As necessary, TAA will email out updates to the report once a month. The monthly updates will primarily contain news items about the TAA master agent vendor members. Because the report is being only emailed to registered recipients, TAA will be able to provide lead lists to the vendors that receive clicks.

The report will also be advertised on the Internet via Google, Overture and other search engines to attract non-TAA members to the report who are interested in telecom master agency. When non-TAA members attempt to access the report from the Internet ads they will have to register. These non-TAA member registration leads will be distributed to the signature sponsors.

5. Regarding report sponsorship benefits

My thanks to all TAA's vendor members who's continued support makes the production of this report possible. All TAA vendor members who are master agents are automatically listed as "supporting sponsors" of the report at no extra charge above their normal TAA vendor membership dues.

Signature sponsors get additional thanks for their additional financial support of $995 per quarter or $350 per month.

7. Possible delay in publication of final report.

The report is scheduled to be published this Friday but it may have to be pushed back one week in order to incorporate all final edits.  I will let you all know tomorrow if a delay will be necessary.
