The owners and staff of Turn Wireless have a singular vision, they want to free business customers from the shackles of the "local loop" which is still owned and operated by the monopoly local phone company.

Whereas most other telecom companies that compete against the monopoly phone company still have to rent the "last mile" of copper from the local phone company to reach their customers, Turn Wireless skips the local loop altogether by reaching their customers using fixed wireless technology.

Reaching business customers "through the air" provides several advantages over reaching business customers "through the dirt".

1. Quicker Installations - Because no one is waiting for the monopoly local phone company to connect the customer to the competitive service provider over the local loop, six to eight week installation intervals fall to seven day intervals
    
2. Lower Prices - Again, because extra "rent" is not being shelled out to the monopoly local phone company for the use of their local loop, both installation and monthly prices to the customer are lower as those local loop charges are not being passed through
    
3. Better Technology - Since most all fixed wireless providers are just a couple years old, most all have the latest technology in their networks which affords more options and lower prices
    
4. Better Service - Since fixed wireless providers own their own networks from end to end, if a rare problem does come up they can solve it themselves without having to "call the real network owner"
