Woodland Hills, CA, (February 8, 2008) — Comstructure, a leader in Telecommunications Management software solutions, today announced that it has expanded its executive team with the hiring of Joseph (Joe) Fabian a veteran of the telecom industry as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Fabian will direct and manage the company’s product development and strategic technology initiatives. Mr. Fabian joins Comstructure after successful careers at TMC Communications, MCI, TelePacific Communications, and XO Communications. Mr. Fabian has been responsible for the successful design, development and implementation of large scale Operations Support Systems (OSS), Revenue Assurance and Provisioning systems for these CLEC’s, resellers and global IXC.
