Caroline Rogers as Channel Manager

January 10, 2012 - Newark, DE.   The Conference Group would like to welcome Caroline T. Rogers, as their new Channel Manager.  Caroline has twenty years experience in the Telecom industry with the last 12 focusing only on the channel.  Caroline is also an active member of Women in the Channel and on the Board for Women in the Channel Mentoring program which will launch in Las Vegas, 2012.
 

The Conference Group has been a leading supplier of audio, web, and video conferencing for over thirteen years.  Their focus has been on providing quality customer service to agents, resellers and most importantly their clients.  In August, the Conference Group launched a new website and released their latest version of MegaMeeting Video Conferencing.  In 2012, the Conference Group will launch Vidyo, their latest application for high definition video conferencing, along with new buy rates for TCG agents and resellers.  In addition to Web and Video collaboration services, the Conference Group continues to provide a variety of exceptional audio conferencing products.  All account provisioning, customer service, card fulfillment and billing will continue to be done for Agents by the Conference Group's experienced Customer Support Team. 
 

As a result of their continuous display of superior service, the Conference Group has been the recipient of Telecom Association's "Member's Choice" award for Conferencing in 2010.   TCG is also the recipient of  "Top Five" Award by Telecom Association in 2009 and 2008.
