Conference Group has introduced its Agent Resource Center
(ARC) - ARC empowers our Agents to fulfill their client’s needs
24 hours a day. It includes a suite of presentations to assist
with the sales process, as well as provide the tool to submit a
client directly to the Conference Group for account
provisioning. Also incorporated is a general FAQ section that
will help newer Agents familiarize themselves with the
Conference Group and their services.
A key
component of ARC is the Instant Pass code system, which immediately issues pass codes 24 hours per day. Upon completing a
short form, the customer receives the conference dial-in number
and pass codes -- the entire process is completed within minutes
and does not require agent or operator assistance.
Our
