EnTele-Bill and EnTele-Manage both leverage the EnTele-Portal web interface. This interactive portal offers unparalleled flexibility for the management of the entire enterprise environment. The benefits of using the EnTele-Portal include: Budgeting, Forecasting, centralized billing information with call detail, standard reporting and single invoice for all carriers, locations and services. EnTele-Manage is a tool that helps manage all Move, Add, Change, Delete (MACD) order and trouble tickets by providing a single point of contact to enter and manage troubles and orders for all carriers, products/services and locations. EnTelegent Solutions submits the order or trouble ticket to the appropriate carrier and project manages the order/ticket to completion. In addition, EnTele-Bill can provide a single remittance statement for all carriers, locations and services, allowing accounts payable to make one payment to EnTelegent Solutions.
