MicroCorp, Inc. Acquires Five Star Communications

MicroCorp expands its presence in the State of Florida

Atlanta, GA
- June 29, 2011 - MicroCorp, the Nation's leading Telecom Master Agency, announces
today the acquisition of Five Star Communications, a Qwest
Premiere Master Partner headquartered in New Smyrna Beach,
Florida. Five Star Communications has been in business since
1997 and has consistently been a top performing Qwest Business
Partner. The success that Five Star has achieved is directly
attributed to the efforts of a dedicated well trained support
staff that manages a sales channel of over 50 telecom agents and
VARs.

The MicroCorp
purchase of Five Star, which is scheduled to close July 1st,
allows MicroCorp to expand its distribution primarily in the
State of Florida while at the same time enhancing its strategic
relationship with Qwest Communications. As part of the
transaction, MicroCorp will be hiring the existing Five Star
support staff to continue its efforts in growing the carrier
services business in the Florida market, as well as in other
states in the Southeast.
