OPEX PARTNERS WITH COMMPARTNERS TO OFFER VOIP BROADBAND SERVICES TO SMALL & MID-SIZE ENTERPRISES

Elk Grove Village, IL, March 1, 2006 – OPEX Communications, a leading national telecommunications services provider, announced today that it is partnering with CommPartners, Inc., an IP-based network operator and telephony services and solutions provider, to expand its Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) suite of products to target the small to medium size business market. These new VoIP services will be marketed under the OPEX Internet Voice brand name.

OPEX, which specializes in the marketing and fulfillment of VoIP, broadband, and traditional long-distance and dedicated services, will now have the expanded capability to offer CommPartners’ VoIP services through OPEX’s dedicated broadband service or through an existing customer provided high-speed broadband Internet connection. OPEX will provide their best-in-class customer service and will include data and voice services on one easy-to-read bill.

Through this partnership, OPEX will match its traditional telephone service and customer care expertise with CommPartners’ IP-based network services to offer customers robust telephony solutions with substantial cost savings.
