PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:  (May 26, 2010)

KeaneTel of Atco, New Jersey has been acquired in it's entirety by Outreach Telecom and Energy, LLC. of Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

"It is my sincere pleasure to announce KeaneTel is now Outreach Telecom and Energy!"  said Peter Keane at today’s announcement press conference.  He continued:   "We believe this new name, combined with several changes in the former KeaneTel management structure along with Outreach T&E's new direction, will provide an opportunity to better focus on you:  Our Business Customers, Agents and Suppliers."

The ownership of Outreach is comprised of majority shareholder Peter J. Keane - former majority owner, founder and president of KeaneTel and Joel E. Allinson formerly of XO Communication's channel program management.  Additional people have already joined the organization in a variety of supporting rolls, all designed to bring additional value in what we do to you.  Pete and Joel have over thrity years in combined telecom experience.

KeaneTel has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Outreach Telecom and Energy, LLC.  All contracts between KeaneTel and customers, agents and suppliers will remain in full force. Outreach T&E is assuming all obligations of KeaneTel.  As such all KeaneTel Agents will become Outreach T&E Agents, all supplier contracts will remain in full effect.  Only the go-to-market name and changes.  The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Mr. Keane stated: "The name "Outreach Telecom and Energy" reflects both our desire to "Reach Out" to our customers with more and better service and support, providing stronger results for all of us.  It reflects the nature of how our business has expanded into all of the following areas:

·        VoIP services and IP PBX Equipment

·        Traditional Telecom - Voice, Data Networks and Internet Access

·        Deregulated Electricity and Natural Gas - nationally both as variable and fixed rate programs

Outreach T&E's values reflect their commitment to all their customers.  Mr. Allinson stated: "We view not only business end users as our customers but also we view and will support agents and suppliers as our customers.  While businesses being customers is self evident, agents and suppliers are not usually considered customers of a Business Services Master Agency company such as Outreach Telecom and Energy.  Regardless of whether you represent a business customer, agency or supplier / carrier company, we will act in the following way at all times:

It is the Policy of Outreach Telecom and Energy, LLC to treat everyone with whom we interact in the way we wish to be treated ourselves.  We are here, not to be served, but to serve.

Mr. Allinson continued:  "Our Agents are Our Customers:  We view agents as our customers.  We share in the commissions earned by their sales. As the agent sells the business end user, they earn commissions for that sale.  They and Outreach split the commissions.  Outreach provides them the supplier contracts, back office services and support such as price quotes, order processing and commission reporting and payments, by way of our portion of the commission split.  While no payment is actually made by the agent to Outreach, we do benefit from the split which we think of as being equivalent to a "payment".  Therefore Outreach views agents as our customer and commits to supporting them to a level they have simply not seen before."

Mr. Keane added:  "Our Suppliers and Carriers are Our Customers:  Suppliers are also viewed as customers at Outreach T&E.  Suppliers "buy" our ability to sell, support and maintain customers for them.  They are truely our customer as they pay us to provide this service.  We are determined to change the dynamics between suppliers and Business Services Master Agencies.  As such Outreach is publically stating we intend to support our suppliers - be they carriers, energy companies or equipment manufacturers - with the same attention to detail, commitment to excellence and spirit of partnership we have with our direct and indirect business customers.  You pay us for what we do. You deserve to be treated as we wish to be treated."

The company's Mission is to provide VoIP (Voice over IP), voice, data, Internet, and related telecom services, IP-PBX equipment and deregulated electricity and natural gas, to business customers.  We provide unbiased recommendations, competitively priced products and services, and do so with unmatched integrity, respect, humility and superior service.

Outreach T&E measures success when their customers, agents and suppliers are so pleased with the service they have provided them that they feel compelled to recommend them to their business associates.

Mr. Keane and Mr. Allinson are men of faith.  They intend to run this business as a Christian business.  Mr. Keane characterized this by saying:  "We are here not to be served, but to serve. In this way, through the example of our business practices we bring the “Good News – Delivered” to our customers, employees, vendors and associates.
