PHONE+ magazine is planning to recognize women executives who have had positive impacts on the development of the indirect channel for communications services and equipment sold to business and residential users.

 

To do so, it is seeking nominations for consideration for a cover story in an upcoming issue of PHONE+. If you know a particular woman whom you feel should be recognized, please complete the following survey no later than Dec. 15.

Nominations

Nominations will be accepted Nov. 1 – Dec. 15.

 

Deadline

All submissions are due no later than December 15, 2006.  Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.

 

Judging

Selection of finalists will be made by a selection committee consisting of editors and other experts allied to the field. Nominations will be rated based on:

 

  1. Leadership (30%) – to what extent the nominee shows leadership within the companies she has worked for, the business community at large, the communications industry and the channel.
  2. Longevity (10%) – how long the nominee has been involved in developing the channel.
  3. Innovation (30%) – to what extent the nominee has brought new ideas to the channel.
  4. Contribution (30%) – to what extent the nominee has engaged in activities to promote or advance the channel.
