We are pleased to announce the official launch of the PNG Dedicated Quoting and Provisioning Tools on the PNG Agent portal as well as the launch of the PNG Document Center!
 
With these systems, agents will have the capability to quote, order and track the provisioning process for their dedicated circuits online.  Also keep your eyes peeled as PNG continues the ongoing process to streamline and improve our overall dedicated quoting and provisioning processes. 
 
Also launching today is the Dedicated Trouble Ticket notification system.  Through this system, ADMs will be notified within 10 minutes of when your agent or customer opens (or closes) a critical trouble ticket with the NOC.  By default, these notifications will currently be sent to your PNG e-mail address on file.
