Clients and Interested Parties:

In a Public Notice released on June 2nd, the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") announced that the proposed North American Numbering Plan Administration (“NANPA”) contribution factor for fiscal year 2009 (July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010) will be .00107% of intrastate, interstate and, international end-user revenues (with a minimum contribution amount of $25).  If, as expected, the FCC takes no action to modify the proposed contribution factor, it will become effective and apply for fiscal year 2009.

Please note that this is the NANPA contribution factor (annual), not the USF contribution factor.

For further information regarding the NANPA contribution factor, please see the FCC Public Notice at the following link: http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/DA-09-1232A1.pdf
