OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – March 24, 2008 - USA Digital Communications, a leading provider of business telecom, has announced the release of their updated agent portal software, MasterStream MX. After an 8-month development, the restructured interface will now be available for use by all USAD sales agents. Agent portal software has become a standard in channel programs for all major carriers nationwide. MasterStream MX will provide USA Digital agents with a web-based interface for quote-generation, order management, and commission status tracking. MasterStream MX is the telecom industry's premier sales automation system for providers, with an intuitively designed interface that supports all user types. This paperless approach to business management is a real-time system for channel partners that will allow them to view the status of both new and existing orders through all stages from quote generation to provisioning and account maintenance. The USAD Agent Portal will be fully integrated with all USAD back-office functions, giving agents access to all aspects of customer information including billing and provisioning processes. The portal will provide a simple system for agents to track up-to-date commission status and key account details such as payment status and history, as well as access to all past invoices and related paperwork. The system will also give agents the ability to add sub-agents and track their activity. Generating multiple-carrier quotes in real-time, directly from the carriers, and proposals can be customized to produce only results that meet criteria specified by the agents, cutting back on the time it takes to process these requests by hand. All active USA Digital agents will have access to the MasterStream interface upon request. Training and demos will be offered by USA Digital as needed.
