The beauty of SNMP is that the protocol is a standard application layer protocol and can be used to monitor multiple devices across an enterprise.

Vocal IP includes SNMP monitoring free of charge with every managed circuit we deploy….but we also have the ability to add customer’s Firewalls, Servers and other devices onto our monitoring platform. The presence of SNMP monitoring will allow us and the End User to quickly diagnose a possible issue and shorten time to resolution. With SNMP monitoring in place, Vocal can use additional Network Analyzing tools should the end user want deeper and more comprehensive management tools
