How can you present the advantages of VoIP savings when a customer does not want to change or upgrade a legacy phone system? SIP Trunks from Vocal IP Networx (VIP) is the answer!
Vocal IP can provide SIP trunking and Internet access over a single T1 to this customer with minimal expense. By replacing the existing Voice T1 (or partial T1) we can reduce the total monthly spend. Your customer can also have remote users added to the incumbent systems as well as out of rate center users. This feature also helps reduce internal communication costs while providing one bill across the entire enterprise!!! In some cases it makes sense for customers to have SIP trunking as a business continuity plan. Additionally, Vocal also includes 1,000 minutes for each SIP trunk. As always, Vocal will provide QOS (quality of service) by monitoring the IAD (Internet access device) device we install on the customer premise.
