Channel Sales Manager
WCS.COM is
seeking an energetic and creative sales
professional as an addition to our growing
Channel Sales team.
The candidate must be a
highly organized, flexible and a resourceful

focused. The ideal candidate will be

urgency while maintaining a friendly
countenance with fellow employees and
customers alike. To succeed at WCS, the
applicant must possess the highest level of
ethics and while delivering consistent
solutions-oriented sales of WCS network
products.
Duties and
Responsibilities
After completing the hiring
process, a specific Position Description
inclusive of clear metrics will be provided
and implemented with your hiring manager.
The duties and responsibilities for the
Channel Sales Manager include, but are not
limited to, the following listed items.

Drive
profitable business growth of WCS
solutions through new sales
- Identify
and onboard new Channel Partners through
cold calling and incoming leads
- Achieve
revenue objective for company and
Channel Partner
- Develop
and execute a jointly-aligned financial
and strategic business plan with Channel
Partners to drive WCS revenue growth
- Manage
opportunity demand creation,
pre-qualification, proposal assistance,
schedule training, and issue resolution
- Sell and
coordinate deployment of WCS.COM value-added
products under multi-year agreements
including bundled software applications
- Manage
the Channel Partner across CxO level
within end user accounts
- Support
development, launch and adoption of
joint solutions with the Channel Partner
- Provide
timely and accurate sales forecasts to
sales management on all Channel Partner
activities via Salesforce.com
- Other as
identified and assigned
Desired Skills and
Experience
The solution-oriented
candidate must hold a 4 year Bachelor's
degree from an accredited college. This
applicant must have minimum 3 years
experience with a Carrier or CLEC selling
wireline services and 3 years experience in
third party Channel Sales. 3 years
experience with multi location enterprise
national accounts is preferred. This
technically skilled candidate must possess
intermediate skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint
and at least 1 year background with CRM such
as Salesforce.com. Advanced MS Excel use
with multi-function formulas is preferred.
This assertive individual will have had
previously an end customer base of at least
$3 million per year. Prior experience
managing a small sales team is desired.
Technical sales engineering experience and
certifications are desired with a preferred
background in VoIP/SIP, Cloud Computing,
wide area networking and telecommunications.
The professional applicant must possess
experience and skill negotiating and
presenting at a CxO-level audience via
telephone, webinar and face-to-face. Must
be willing to travel up to 10 days per year.

Senior Staff
Accountant
WCS.COM is
seeking a decisive and persistent accounting
professional able to follow instructions and
respond to managerial direction, overcome
obstacles and be dependable and punctual.
The candidate must be
resourceful and rule-oriented. This
achievement-striving applicant must possess
a high level of ethical integrity and can be
trusted to maintain confidentiality. This
individual takes full ownership of assigned
duties and responsibilities and can be
relied upon to, in a persuasive and
assertive manner, identify and resolve
problems in a timely fashion while
completing administrative tasks accurately
and on a deadline.
Duties &
Responsibilities
Following the successful
conclusion of the hiring process, a specific
Position Description inclusive of clear

responsibilities for this Senior Staff
Accountant include, but are not limited to,
the following listed items:

Manage and support the
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial
closings

Deliver scheduled MD&A package to
Controller

Perform all accounting
functions for general ledger
accountability and financial reporting

Understands business implications and
decisions, displays orientation to
profitability

Contributes to profits and revenue by
developing measures and monitoring
performance vs. monthly budget.

Develops and implements cost savings
measures
-
Assist with quarterly and annual
external audits.

Document policies, procedures and
workflow for assigned area of
responsibility

Coordinate and resolve various issues
with banks, customers and vendors. Bank
Liaison

Maintain all reconciliations with
documentation
-
Creates a project log for Controller and
Auditor
-
Prioritizes and plans work activities
and uses time efficiently

Other as identified and assigned
Desired Skills &
Experience
The ideal candidate must hold
a 4 year Bachelor's degree in accounting
from an accredited college although a CPA
who holds an MBA is strongly desired. This
applicant must possess advanced computer
skills and experience in MS Excel and
QuickBooks. This decision-making candidate
is required to have a minimum of 3 years
experience in Public Accounting, with
experience in the Telecommunications
industry preferred. The candidate must have
a thorough understanding of Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),
statutory accounting principles and strong
analytical and technical accounting skills.
The candidate must have a
minimum 2 years of experience in independent
assembly of Management Discussion and
Analysis (MD&A) Report and a willingness to
work extended hours during month close
period. Excellent written and verbal
communication aptitude that demonstrates
group presentation expertise with careful
attention to detail and accuracy desired.
